STAKING

Citizen Web3 helps to secure blockchain networks by providing infrastructure. This includes validator, testnet, and various public access nodes.

Citizen Web3 is a self-hosted, independent off the grid, baremetal validator. We use a mixture of cloud and self-hosted infrastructure, which works on a mixture of broadband and Starlink internet connections, and partially runs off solar energy. We strongly believe in decentralized infrastructure, independent of the grid, and that's our end goal.

We use Multi-party computation software (Horcrux) on all our nodes, to further secure funds, and protect stakers from double signing. We use Re-Stake on all of our mainnet nodes, set to restake twice per day, so users can compound their staking rewards more efficiently.

Token holders of networks we validate, can stake with us to help secure these networks and to support our activities. Their incentive for doing so, is earning staking rewards, and other, planned, incentives in the future. We are devoted to our mission, we think out of the box, and are proud to be a little crazy. We value security, decentralization, privacy and lack of enforcement.

DAO STAKES

Citizen Web3 is always exploring possibilities. One of our strongest value - decentralization. We believe that distributed validation has a big future. Hence, we believe that Citizen Web3 having stakes in other validators DAO can be beneficial long term.

Currently, Citizen Web3 has stakes in 2 validator DAO's:

  • Posthuman
  • Kleomedes

GUIDES

UNDER REVIEW

Ecosystem hubs:

1. Cosmos hub

Cosmos is an ecosystem of connected blockchains. It is the TCP/IP of web3. A decentralized communication protocol. Cosmos hub is the first hub and blockchain in that ecosystem. ATOM is the main token of Cosmos. It is used to help secure the network, transact, participate in governance and can be staked to receive rewards.

2. ATOM1

A fork of Cosmos hub with its own vision

DeAI:

1. Cyber / Bostrom

Cyber is a distributed, self-sustainable computer for answers, managed and governed by its users. It is structured to resemble a superintendent AI organism, which can learn from the data it taught by its users. Cyber is able to provide answers to questions without blackbox intermediaries and already has MVP's, such as, an alternative to Google and Twitter. CYB is the main token of the network, which is used to transact, create cyberlinks, secure the network, stake and receive rewards. BOOT is the bootloader token of the Bostrom network.

Bridges:

1. Evmos

Evmos is bringing the world of Ethereum-based applications and assets to the interoperable networks of the Cosmos ecosystem, all while aligning developer and user incentives. This means bridging the 2 biggest ecosystems in crypto - Ethereum and Cosmos.

2. Gravity Bridge

Bridge from Cosmos to Ethereum

3. Composable

Bridge and DeFi between Cosmos and Polkadot

4. Nomic

Bridge from Cosmos to Bitcoin

5. Interlay

One app for all things Bitcoin DeFi

X-chain tooling (DAS / Rollaps / etc):

1. Celestia

Celestia is a modular data availability network. It simplifies the process of launching blockchains, making blockchain technology more accessible and user-friendly. Unlike traditional blockchains that handle multiple functions, Celestia specializes in specific roles, which leads to enhanced scalability, flexibility, and interoperability. This specialization enables developers to create blockchain applications for mass adoption.

2. Dymension

Dymension is the Hub of IBC rollups setting the ground for the emerging Internet of RollApps

Business platforms:

1. BitCanna

BitCanna creates equal opportunities for the Cannabis and related industries by supporting them with a payment system, supply chain solution and review platformes

2. Stride: ICS

Stride is an ICS blockchain ("zone") that provides liquidity for staked tokens. Using Stride, you can earn both staking and DeFi yields across the Cosmos IBC ecosystem.

3. Neutron: ICS

Neutron lets smart-contracts leverage bleeding-edge Interchain technology with minimal overhead. Smart contracts can query, transact and manage accounts
in remote zones directly from Neutron

Social:

1. LikeCoin

LikeCoin is an application-specific blockchain on decentralized publishing built on Cosmos SDK which provides open source products ranging from infrastructure to publishing tools for creators on board to Web3.

Privacy:

1. Namada

Namada is a layer-1 blockchain solution, that redefines asset-agnostic, multichain privacy across multiple abstraction layers

DeInfra - Decentralzied Infrastructure:

1. Althea

A permissionless, high-availability Hybrid EVM blockchain purpose-built for infrastructure and connectivity

2. Soarchain

Soarchain, a Layer 1 Network, aims to establish a decentralized ecosystem where participants, including vehicles, data providers, and developers, can interact and exchange value securely
